DAHLIA, in collaboration with UN OCHA, produced a video to build accountability into humanitarian evaluations addressing Accountability to Affected Populations’ issues in Joint Inter-agency Humanitarian Evaluations (IAHEs)

With the objective of contributing to more effective engagement and accountability to affected people OCHA asked DAHLIA to produce a video to explain evaluations to affected populations. DAHLIA developed a character animation approach based on compilation of real stories and humanitarian crisis that affected people. The concept was to make the video more engaging and human so that the audience can identify with characters and situations.
